About

Hi, I’m Paula Yanis, the founder of Inner Hue Studios. I’m a qualified counsellor with postgraduate training in Counselling and Psychology, and an accredited Lifeline Crisis Supporter with years of experience in both paid and volunteer roles.

My passion lies in creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and supported as they explore their inner world. I believe in the power of combining evidence-based counselling with creative expression, mindfulness, and connection to nature. This approach allows clients to not only work through challenges but also discover new ways to express themselves and build resilience.

I offer both one-on-one and group sessions for children, teens, and adults. These might involve talking, creating art, mindful activities, or walk-and-talk therapy—whatever best supports each person’s needs and preferences.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the community for many years, and I’m deeply committed to a person-centred approach that meets people where they are. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time, looking to build emotional skills, or simply seeking a calm space to reconnect with yourself, you’ll find a warm welcome here at Inner Hue Studios.
